Step One
Once the wedding date is booked, I'll get to work. We’ll plan your engagement & bridal sessions, and I'll work with your planner to ensure we have the timeline all set. I’m available for ongoing support as your hype woman and encourager when last-minute details come up.

Step Two
On your wedding day, I'm right there with film and digital cameras in hand, capturing the amazing moments you'll want to hold on to for a lifetime.
When I capture your wedding day, I give a little direction to help you look your best during portraits. I might suggest we move closer to a window for the best light, or show you how to turn your head for the best angle. But I love capturing moments as they happen, with a journalistic approach, anticipating what's coming next and being ready to document how you felt in that moment in time.

When it comes to outfits and locations, I’ll guide you so all you have to do is bring the kids, the family dog, and your husband.

As a husband, I love my family more than anything, BUT I do not enjoy taking family pictures every year. However, Marissa was different than anyone who has ever taken our family photos. She was quick, had a plan (a plus for me), took amazing photos, and was excellent with our daughter. Family picture day will forever be in the hands of Marissa, and we live in Kansas!
